☐ Know your syllabus
• Patterns (Tuls)
• Kicks, blocks, stances, strikes
• Three Two and One-step sparring
• Self-defence & free sparring
☐ Practice your pattern thoroughly
• Accuracy of technique
• Rhythm, breathing, and power
• Understand the pattern’s meaning
☐ Refine kicking techniques
• Practice with focus and control and foot shape
• Include combinations and retraction
• Work on balance and flexibility
☐ Improve your overall fitness
• Cardiovascular endurance

• Stretch daily
☐ Train for self-defence & sparring
• Practice with a partner
