Run by  Instructors Master Steve Merricks and Master Anthony Brennan the extra sparring sessions have proved beneficial for those students entering competitions or those just wanting to improve their fitness and sparring skills.

All ages and levels of students are encouraged to come along and improve their skills from a host of local clubs.

A full set of sparring equipment and current licence is all that's required to come along.
