CLUB
Established since 2003. 
Why not come along to one of our training sessions and try for yourself this dynamic martial art that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

 

 
Tae Kwon Do simply means hand, foot and way of art. It was founded by General Choi in 1955 in Korea. The popularity of this martial art because of its basic and scientific techniques has made this the fastest growing martial art in the world.
Knowle TKD is part of the TAGB association which is recognised by the British Tae Kwon Do Council. 
All instructors are fully qualified and have indemnity insurance and CRB/DBS checks in place.

I have been training since 1989 and became a qualified instructor in 1997.
I have won many national titles and have also competed for my country. I am a 7th degree Black Belt.

Police & DBS Checked - Qualified to teach children
Qualified & Insured Instructor recognised by the National Governing Body
First Aid Certification and Child Protection Trained full indemnity insurance in place. 

Safeguarding Policy

Our club is committed to good practice in which we protect children and vulnerable adults from harm. Our staff and volunteers accept and recognise their responsibility to provide an environment which promotes a safe and secure environment for all participants at all times.

As part of this process we want to ensure that some of our policies, procedures and codes of conduct are available to our members by having them online, as well as having essential contact information freely available
